Kale is a food which is packed with nutrition. Kale contains high levels of vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin K1, Potassium, Calcium, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium and Vitamin B6. Two grams of kale contains only 50 calories, two grams of fiber and three grams of protein. According to authoritynutrition.com, “Kale may be even healthier than spinach. Both are super nutritious, but kale is lower in oxalates, which are substances that can bind minerals like calcium in the intestine, preventing them from being absorbed.”

2. Avocado

Avocado’s are very healthy and consuming them regularlyhavegood effects on the human body. They contain nutrients such as Vitamin K,Folate, Vitamin C,Potassium,Vitamin B5,Vitamin B6 and Vitamin E. On top of that many experts believe avocados can lower your cholesterol. Avacados also contain healthy fat’s that could be a great substitute for unhealthy fats like cheese.
